These terms are the agreement between you and CloraTech for using the Wandrr app. By downloading or using Wandrr, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who we are

Wandrr (the "app") is provided by CloraTech ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at admin@cloratech.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandrr. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us. If you're using Wandrr on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for them.

3. Your licence to use Wandrr

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Wandrr on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the Apple App Store terms. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. Your account

Wandrr uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. You're responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Wandrr is free to use for two trips. A Wandrr Pro subscription unlocks unlimited trips and additional features (including AI planning, receipt scanning, multi-city trips, and sharing & export). The following applies to subscriptions:

Billing: subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscription management is handled by Apple, with our payments partner RevenueCat tracking your entitlement status.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
Refunds: purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. We don't process App Store payments directly, so refund requests are handled by Apple.
Changes to pricing or features: we may change subscription prices or what's included. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be handled in line with App Store rules and notified to you in advance.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

6. Your content

Wandrr lets you create content such as trips, itineraries, journal entries, budgets, packing lists, and attached photos ("your content"). Your content is yours. It's stored on your device, and you're responsible for it, including keeping your own backups. You confirm you have the rights to any photos or material you add to the app. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't access it on our servers.

7. Acceptable use

When using Wandrr, you agree not to:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or any service it relies on;
use the app to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; or
resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

8. AI features

Some features, such as packing lists and trip ideas, use AI to generate suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so treat suggestions as a starting point, not professional advice. You're responsible for checking anything important, especially travel logistics, bookings, costs, and local requirements, before you rely on it.

9. Third-party services

Wandrr works with third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, and Wikipedia. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party services or content, including the accuracy of destination information or images surfaced from external sources.

10. Our intellectual property

Wandrr, including its name, logo, design, themes, text, and software, is owned by CloraTech and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence in section 3.

11. Disclaimers

Wandrr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs. Travel information, suggestions, and place details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. You're responsible for your own travel decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloraTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or travel arrangements arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You can stop using Wandrr at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Wandrr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. This does not affect your mandatory local consumer protections.
